Once you request a quote, one of our trained & certified Power Advisors will call to schedule a quick visit to your home. Once there, we'll complete an assessment of your electrical system, answer all of your questions, and provide pricing and options to get your project completed.
Once your project is rolling, the Power River team handles every step of the process (you won't have to do a thing except let us in on the day of install). We get your project permitted and coordinated with all required parties (power company, propane/gas, etc.) and get you setup with an install date typically within 10-15 days of approval on the project.
We arrive on site around 8AM the day of install with our background checked, drug tested, and certified install team. We handle all elements of your generator install and bring everything we need to complete your project in a single day with generator ready for startup in the afternoon.
This is a question that is unique to every person, home, and situation. While generators are an emergency life safety tool for some of our customers due to medical conditions and equipment, most of our customers utilize their generator as a peace of mind and insurance to protect their home, lifestyle, and loved ones. Just like air conditioning isn't a necessity but is something we don't regret when it's 100 degrees outside, nothing beats the feeling of knowing your generator system is ready when that next big ice storm is coming.
Because every home and electrical system is unique, it's tough to set pricing expectations without seeing your property. That said, turnkey standby generator projects typically run between $12,000-25,000 (or even more under unique circumstances). Most of our customers who qualify utilize our simple financing options and pay $200-300/month for their project.
Our systems are designed to last 20-25 years, and we backup every unit we sell with an unmatched "bumper to bumper" lifetime warranty that covers both parts and labor on any repairs.
We are locally family owned and operated out of our head quarters in Ashland, Kentucky. We serve customers throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio.
